Is having a father’s rights attorney truly a clear advantage to ordinary family law attorneys?

If so, how?
Thank you
Sergio Mendes, I didn’t think so, either!
After all they both go up in front of the same judges, who adhere to the same laws and statutes.

It is just a marketing gimmick. There is no difference between a “father’s rights attorney” and an ordinary family law lawyer.
If a father’s rights attorney specializes in father’s rights and that is what you need – then why not?
A family law attorney would have to deal with all sorts of other things, experts have alot more experience in specific things and that is who I would want representing me.
